A physical therapist brought this device for repair. He is a friend and also a relative of mine. It was a functional device except for the display, it was completely dead. It is pointless to have a functional device without a display to see what the machine is actually doing.
It was a beat up device and as you can see, the therapist tried to make the device look better by covering the facing of it.

One of my friends, head of the postal center in my village, asked me if I can repair his son’s toy car because he can not charge it. I bring it back with me and when I unscrew and remove the lid, I immediately see a slot at each of the positive and negative connectors on the toy circuit.

A technician in a medical company brought this power board for repair. While the technician in my workshop, I powered the board and I could hear a clicking noise coming from the relay. After few clicking noises, the clicking stopped and the power board was working fine.
The clicking noise was coming from that area where it is marked with the red square. It made sense because there is only one relay on that board and it was easily identified. Read More
