I am having one multi pin mobile charger adapter which is working fine since last two year but one day it was accidentally broken and its mains pins come out from the adapter’s body by damaging the surface very badly.

So first I decide to take “two” pin power cord and attaché directly on the circuit in place of the pins. But again I have to manage that broken adaptor body part by sealing properly. I have started the work but just kept it on hold because if I do so again it will stuck on proper fitting on adaptor which is tedious job to arrange the corner broken side.

Just thinking about the right solution I got one idea to find some not working mobile adaptor and try if it works.

On searching in my JUNK BOX I found few mobile adaptors some of them are with burnt out components which are out of identification condition and some of them are of low Voltages and of round pin type which are not been used currently in the smart phones. I found one Samsung power adaptor which seems ok for the PCB which I have to replace with and nearly of same shape .So I have dismantled the adaptor and found that I can fit that PCB in it without much effort.

Though trying to adjust the LED on the cover but led is not reaching up to the cover so now I just have to make provision for LED Indicator.

Now adapter is ready with final fitting.

And adapter is ready with body transplant.
